How it Works
  1. When a customer scans the QR code, they can navigate to the link contained within.
  2. Once they navigate to the link, they will join a new Agent On-Hand support session.
  3. You will then receive a text on the phone number provided below, with a link to join the same video support session.
  4. Your phone number will stay private from the customer.
