If you denied camera access, please Rejoin Session and ensure you allow camera access.
If you were not prompted for camera access, follow the steps below and Rejoin Session. Your agent can also guide you using the same steps.
Chrome: Select the vertical ellipsis located next to the address bar > Settings > Site Settings > Camera > Blocked > Select play.agentonhand.com > Access your camera > Allow
Firefox: Select the vertical ellipsis located next to the address bar > Settings > Site Permissions > Exceptions > Select play.agentonhand.com > Camera > Allowed
Samsung Browser: Select Menu from bottom right corner > Settings > Sites and Downloads > Manage Website Data > Delete > Select play.agentonhand.com > Delete. Then return to Agent On-Hand and select Rejoin Session.
